Privacy and a few important notes

Short version: this site doesn't want your data. There's no sign-up, no account, and no email needed to take the test. Here's exactly how it works.

When you take the test, your answers are processed right here in your browser to work out your results. We don't send them to a server, we don't save them to a database, and we never sell them. When you close the tab, they're gone, unless you choose to print your results to keep a copy for yourself.

We like to know roughly how many people use the page, so we may use privacy-friendly, anonymous analytics that count visits without identifying you. That never includes your test answers, and it isn't used to follow you around other sites. We don't show ads, and we don't sell data. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

This test is a self-reflection tool, not a medical or psychological assessment. It does not diagnose ADHD, autism, AuDHD, or any other condition, and it can't tell you whether you are or aren't neurodivergent. Nothing here is medical advice, and it isn't a substitute for care from a qualified professional. If you have questions about your health, or you're looking for a diagnosis, please talk to a clinician who knows adult neurodivergence.
